The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the mountains in the afternoon, thanks to its good location. The service was excellent, especially the assistance with getting around and the pleasant service in the breakfast room. The hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, amenities, and cable ride stations made it very convenient. The dining options were good, but somewhat basic. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor room for improvement.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms had an amazing view of Matterhorn, were very comfortable, and had a good-sized balcony to enjoy the mountain scenery. The service was polite and helpful overall, but it lacked a bit of attentiveness. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the city center and right next to the ski bus stop. The dining experience was superb with sumptuous meals and breathtaking views. The facilities provided everything I needed during my stay.
